In March 2026, the Cozy team attended NHS 2026 in Las Vegas, also known as the National Hardware Show / NHS Concept to Commerce. For us, this show was a good opportunity to meet people from the hardware, home improvement, bathroom remodeling, and retail industries. Compared with a traditional bathroom design show, NHS gave us a chance to connect with more distributors, retailers, contractors, product buyers, and business owners who are looking for practical products that can perform well in real homes. At the show, we presented a focused selection of Cozy bathroom products, including glass shower door systems, shower door hardware, handles, rollers, sliding door components, and related bathroom accessories. Instead of bringing a large decorative booth, we chose a more direct product display. Visitors could see the glass, hardware finishes, handles, tracks, and installation details up close. For products like shower doors, this kind of in-person experience matters. People want to feel the hardware, check the finish, look at the structure, and understand how the system works before they decide to work with a brand. A Practical Show for Practical Bathroom Products NHS is closely connected to the home improvement and hardware market. That made it a meaningful event for Cozy. During the show, many visitors stopped by our booth to take a closer look at our shower door displays and hardware samples. Some were interested in the appearance of the products, while others asked very practical questions about installation, durability, packaging, replacement parts, and long-term supply. These conversations were exactly what we hoped for. Bathroom products are not only about design. For contractors, dealers, and distributors, the details matter:whether the hardware feels solid, whether the finish is consistent, whether the system is easy to explain to customers, and whether the product can be supported reliably after purchase. Being at NHS allowed us to talk about those details face to face. What Visitors Paid Attention To At our booth, visitors showed strong interest in several product areas: Shower door hardware finishesMany people looked closely at the different handle and hardware finishes, including black, brushed nickel, chrome, and gold-tone options. These finishes are important because they need to match different bathroom styles and customer preferences. Sliding shower door systemsThe sliding door display helped visitors better understand the structure of the system, from the top rail to the rollers, handles, and glass connection points. Glass shower door componentsFor buyers and professionals, small parts are often just as important as the final appearance. We had useful conversations about component quality, packaging, compatibility, and replacement needs. Retail and distribution opportunitiesSeveral visitors wanted to understand how Cozy products could fit into their existing bathroom, hardware, or home improvement product lines. These discussions gave us a clearer picture of what the market needs: products that look clean, install properly, and can be supplied consistently.   Listening to Customers and Industry Partners One of the most valuable parts of the show was listening. We spoke with people from different parts of the industry, including hardware distributors, online sellers, showroom owners, contractors, and product sourcing teams. Each group looks at the product from a slightly different angle. A contractor may care most about installation.A distributor may care about packaging and supply stability. An online seller may care about product photos, clear specifications, and customer support.A homeowner may simply want something that looks good and lasts. All of these perspectives are useful for Cozy. They help us improve not only the product itself, but also the way we present product information, prepare installation details, and support customers before and after purchase. Building Trust Through Real Product Experience For bathroom products, trust is built through details. A customer may first notice the design, but they will only feel confident when the product feels dependable. That is why trade shows like NHS are important to us. They give people a chance to see Cozy products in person and ask direct questions. At the booth, visitors could examine the glass door structure, hardware samples, finish options, and display setup. These real interactions help create a more honest understanding of the brand. For Cozy, that is important. We do not want to be only an online name. We want customers and partners to know that there is a real team behind the products, listening, learning, and improving. Moving Forward NHS 2026 was a meaningful step for Cozy as we continue growing in the North American bathroom and home improvement market. The show reminded us that good products need more than good design. They also need clear information, reliable supply, practical installation support, and long-term service. We want to thank everyone who visited the Cozy booth in Las Vegas. Your questions, feedback, and conversations help us better understand the market and continue improving our products. We look forward to bringing more reliable, well-designed bathroom solutions to homeowners, contractors, retailers, and business partners across North America.
